With a background in technology, he got his start working in technical support before deciding he liked working with people better than computers. He has over 20 years of experience working for companies producing jewelry store software and over 10 years of experience working both on the sales floor and backroom of several jewelry stores. Through this unique combination of experience, Lenny's insight into the retail jewelry industry is invaluable.
