The Edge Introductory Training - 100 Series

 Covers the foundational setup and daily operations of The Edge, including customization, inventory, customers, point of sale, and basic reporting. It's delivered either as a 3-day in-person class in Shelton, CT, or as five self-paced webinars (101a-e), with a follow-up session (Edge 102) to reinforce what was covered.

 A five-course deep dive covering Advanced Customer, Advanced Inventory, Advanced Point of Sale, Advanced Services, and Advanced Reports, revisiting core functionality before layering on the software's more powerful tools. Courses can be taken in any order except Advanced Reports, which requires completing Advanced Customer and Advanced Inventory first.
